The teeth would render the mouth near completely useless and the lack of sex organs or even an anus is an obvious sign of fake (since mermaids would be so close to humans in anatomical axpects I would expect them in similar areas). They, however, did a great job on the skin and fin.

i saw this picture before .. a friend sended it to me my email. And i and others that saw the picture were curious if it could be real.. So i sended the picture of the ”’mermaid” to National Geographic. And they responded! and they say it’s just all a hoax. they sended more information about it.. ‘but i don’t remember what the exact facts are.

I think its real beacuse, what makes us think that earth is ours? I thinks is very real.This world is full of stuff that we dont even imagine.Just remenber that theres an infinite numbers of galaxys around us today we found a mermaid tomorrow we will find an alien or something that far more intelligent that we are, maybe will want to make friends with us or distroy us but theres something out there.

This is a creature made by an Ebay seller named SEAMYSTERY. This creature is made from Real bones & Real skin. I remember him selling this item on Ebay about a year ago. He is on my favorite sellers list and I check on his items periodically. He always has some pretty cool handmade creatures on there & right now he has a mummy on there (buy it now $900). It looks convincing, but not quite so. The head it way to miss proportionate.
Possibly a creature from long ago, and now its skeleton has been discoverd. More research needs to be done.

Fake? Of course this is real! Ive been following the study of mermaidology for quite sometime now! I believe this to be originated from the dugong/homosapien family.the scientific name is Ikanduyungus Jajabingus. About 2000 years ago, somewhere in the island of penang, malaysia, something meraculous happend. people of penang started interbreeding with sea mamals. Why did this happen is unknown. It is believed that somewhere in this evolutionary path,human sperm became compatible with dugong’s eggs. Apparently this kind of interbreeding also happend in the philipines and indonesia. Early fossil findings also proved that this creature enjoyed the diet of fish and the ocasion penang laksa…i wish i have this in my aquarium!
