Thieves Use Bluetooth to Find and Steal Laptops
Don’t leave your laptop or valued devices which have bluetooth features in a car and always de-active wireless connections when you are not using a laptop.
Nowadays, thieves are smart and taking advantage of their cell phones which have bluetooth technology to find laptops locked in cars in Cambridgeshire, UK. They simply scan for nearby devices as they walk past cars. When the cell phone finds one, they will break into the car to steal it.

well if u leave ur gonna leave ur laptop in ur car then you would turn it off and put it under the seat or something and itd be off so the bluetooth wont be detected
