Solar USB drive and MP3 player to rise at CeBIT

Taiwan based A-Data and MSI plan to introduce solar cells into their latest flash-based memory devices at CeBIT.
A-Data is launching Solar Disk thumb drive with a solar cell module that powers its LCD display to show available capacity.
MSI plans to show a solar-cell MP3 player. It uses the solar module to charge the built-in lithium battery and provide supplementary power to extend battery life. It takes two days under ordinary outdoor light to charged battery fully and allows ten hours of playback.
